It was a pleasure developing a visual identity for Women of Worth, a Women’s Ministry based out of a local parish! This project - and the ministry itself - finds its roots in the Blessed Virgin Mary, a model for all women.
One of the most common images of Mary is found on three Miraculous Medal, a popular devotion for Catholics. On the reverse side of this medal you’ll find the M/Cross emblem representing Mary’s role of bringing Christ to earth and our call to do the same as evangelizers.
The color palette is comprised of blues, the color most associated with Mary plus a splash of gold representing Mary’s role as Queen mother.
